Fuel Rewards® + truerewards New Member Offer – Terms and Conditions

Offer Period:
This promotional offer (“Offer”) is subject to change at any time (the “Offer Period”).

Eligibility:
Offer valid only at participating truenorth convenience store locations that offer Shell-branded fuel. Open only to individuals who enroll as net new members in both the Fuel Rewards® program and the truerewards program during the Offer Period. Individuals who are existing members of either program prior to the Offer Period are not eligible. Limit one offer per person.

Offer Details:
Under this offer, net new truerewards and Fuel Rewards® members can earn up to three rewards: (1) a one-time reward of 10¢/gal on your first fill-up; (2) a one-time reward of 20¢/gal on your second fill-up; and (3) a one-time reward of 30¢/gal on your third fill-up (collectively, the “New Member Acquisition Rewards”).

1. First Fill-Up: one-time reward of 10¢/gal 
2. Second Fill-Up: one-time reward of 20¢/gal
3. Third Fill-Up: one-time reward of 30¢/gal

These savings (collectively, the “New Member Acquisition Rewards”) must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of the participant’s Fuel Rewards® program enrollment date (“Offer Time Frame”).

Savings include 5¢/gal Complimentary Gold Status Fuel Rewards® savings and 10¢/gal truerewards daily discount. Gold Status terms and conditions are available at fuelrewards.com/status.

How to Qualify:

• To earn the first reward, the participant must: (a) join both Fuel Rewards® and truerewards at (https://truenorthstores.com/truerewards/) during the Offer Period; and (b) complete a fuel purchase using their Fuel Rewards® Alt ID, linked payment card, or Fuel Rewards® card at a participating Shell station within the Offer Time Frame.
• To earn the second and third rewards, the participant must: (a) complete each respective qualifying fill-up in sequential order within the Offer Time Frame; and (b) use their Fuel Rewards® account credentials for each transaction.

Reward Redemption Conditions:

• All rewards must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of Fuel Rewards® program registration.
• Reward posting may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• Limit of three (3) redemptions per eligible participant under this Offer.
• New Member Acquisition Rewards may not be combined with other Fuel Rewards® acquisition-based promotional offers.
• Combining multiple rewards in a single transaction may not be permitted. If multiple offers are redeemed simultaneously, the lowest gallon limit among them will apply.

Fuel Redemption Limits:

• Rewards are limited to twenty (20) gallons per fill-up per vehicle, per transaction.
• Fuel dispenser may require a minimum price of $0.109 per gallon.
• Partial redemptions will result in forfeiture of any unused discount for that fill-up.
• Rewards exceeding the per-gallon price will carry over to future transactions, subject to account and dispenser limitations.

Additional Terms:

• Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. Valid only in the United States.
• Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Unbranded diesel fuel and alternative fuels may be excluded.
• For transactions over $75, customer may be required to complete payment inside the store.
• The Fuel Rewards® program is owned and operated by Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (“Shell”). The Fuel Rewards® website, mobile applications, and other associated services (the “Fuel Rewards® Site”) are also operated by Shell.
